Sorry, it looks like the image was mislabeled! I found a copy here: http://www.agilitynut.com/food/fruit.html , and it says that it's in Ishaya City, Japan.
Thanks for getting back to us about the giant watermelon buss stop. It will take some time to get over the fact that it's not in Taiwan...and frankly I don't know how to break this to Aida. We'll just have to go to Ishaya City, and that's that.
Thanks again for posting that amazing picture, I'm sure it has inspired people all around the world to search for it!
